A Request for Proposal for an email archiving solution to archive up to 500 mailboxes that are currently in Exchange and in Person Storage Table (PST) files. It is desired (but not required) that the solution also archive social media posts on the City of Urbana, Illinois’ Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter accounts.

The City is seeking proposals to install solar arrays on City-owned single-family residences used by the City to provide transitional housing for low-income families. The proposals sought are to provide for no upfront costs with ongoing costs or fees to the City not exceeding 50% of the value of the energy produced. At these addresses, the occupants' residency may vary in duration. However, the City shall always keep the utility bill in the name of the City. Both addresses subject to this Request For Proposal (RFP) are in Illinois Solar For All (ISFA) Environmental Justice (EJ) zones.
