Finance Customer Service

The Finance Customer Service's Office is a division of the Finance Department and is staffed with three (3) full-time employees. Responsibilities of the Office include the daily collection of City-issued fines and fees.  

     ·       Parking tickets

     ·       Notices to Appear

     ·       Parking permits

     ·       Parking space rentals 

     ·       Meter bagging

     ·       Vehicle Seizure and Impoundments   

     ·       Liquor and general licenses

Questions concerning unpaid fines and general licenses can be directed to this office during normal business hours (M-F, 8AM-5PM).
