Please join the City of Urbana for two open houses to take place at the Urbana Civic Center 
(108 E. Water St. in Urbana) to learn more about a pilot program to construct two Curbanas in Downtown Urbana.
WE’RE BACK FOR SECONDS – THE SECOND 
ANNUAL URBANA RESTAURANT WEEK ANNOUNCED
Taking place March 3 – 9, the second annual Urbana Restaurant Week is a seven-day celebration of Urbana’s restaurant scene. Prix-fixe menus will be provided at each of the participating restaurants. Offering a combination of $10, $20, and $30 options, the menus give diners a chance to try dishes they've never had before and enjoy old favorites for a great value.
The participating restaurants are all located in Urbana, and are locally owned and operated. This event is facilitated by the Urbana Business Association.
"It’s very rewarding to organize a week-long event that features the diverse array of eateries available right at our doorstep. Our plates are full of excitement," says Cynthia Johnson, executive director of the UBA.

Copies of the Draft FY 2014-2015 Annual Action Plan will be available for review to the general public between Monday, February 24, 2014 and Tuesday, March 25, 2014 at the following locations:
There will be a public hearing on Tuesday, March 25, 2014 at 7 p.m in the Urbana City Building to receive comments and suggestions on the Draft FY 2014-2015 Annual Action Plan. The Annual Action Plan is the City of Urbana’s budget for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Programs. The Plan also includes budgets for HOME Programs by the Cities of Champaign and Urbana, and Champaign County, which make up the Urbana HOME Consortium.
The City of Urbana and the Urbana HOME Consortium (comprised of the City of Urbana, the City of Champaign, and Champaign County) seek citizen input regarding community needs for the preparation of the City of Urbana & Urbana HOME Consortium Annual Action Plan (AAP) for Fiscal Year 2014-2015. The Annual Action Plan is the City of Urbana’s budget for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Programs, and also includes the budgets for the HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) by the City of Urbana, City of Champaign, and Champaign County.
