6th Meeting of the Stormwater Advisory Committee (SWAC) to be held at the Urbana Civic Center.
The SWAC will provide input on various program priorities and on issues such as selection of a rate base. This group will meet and will discuss specific issues, in many cases talking through a policy issue and making a recommendation as to a preferred approach on the issue. Policy issue papers will record these recommendations to the City.
