PUBLIC NOTICE
In accordance with 24 CFR 91.05(c)(2) and subpart B of the federal regulations relative to citizen participation for Community Planning and Development Programs and applicable waivers made available to those requirements through the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act), the City of Urbana is making an amendment to the Consolidated Plan Annual Action Plan FY 2019/2020.
Public Comment Period and Process:
This Consolidated Plan amendment is available for a 7-day public review and comment period from January 13, 2021 to January 20, 2021. Citizens wishing to submit written comments during the public review and comment period may mail them, postmarked no later than January 20, 2021, to the following:

Champaign County COVID-19 Vaccinations Expand
Champaign-Urbana Public Health District Expands Phase 1B COVID Vaccinations to Include Persons Age 65 Years of Age and Older
The Champaign-Urbana Public Health District (CUPHD), in partnership with Carle Health, OSF HealthCare, Christie Clinic, Promise Healthcare, and the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign will be now be hosting community-based COVID-19 vaccination clinics for all Champaign County residents 65 years of age and older.
There are two convenient locations to receive your vaccine:
The iHotel and Conference Center, located at 1900 S. 1st Street, Champaign, is by appointment only.
