History: Cobb Memorial Auditorium is part of the original building designed by local, noted architect Joseph Royer and was constructed in 1913. Originally, the auditorium featured about 400 wood seats (including those in the balcony), hard-wood floors, leaded-glass windows, and wood wainscot throughout. The Auditorium has gone through several changes and renovations throughout the years, most notably in the 1950s, 1970s and 1980s.
