Urbana Celebrates Arbor Day 2020
This Arbor Day 2020 school, park district and community leaders have come together to produce a video celebrating trees and the environment. We know the importance that trees play in our world, and nobody loves a good tree more than the people that live, work, and play in Urbana!
The video takes place at Wiley Elementary School, and it contains a lesson about trees, a tree planting and a proclamation from Urbana Mayor Diane Wolfe Marlin. We hear wonderful remarks from Tiim Bartlett, the executive director of the Urbana Park District, and see a wonderful montage at the end with people and their favorite trees!
