The City of Urbana is seeking a pay by cell system that enables parking payments for the City’s on and off-street parking meters via phone, mobile application “app”, and/or text.

Proposals will be accepted at the Public Works Department, 706 South Glover Avenue, Urbana, Illinois, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Proposals will be accepted up to and no later than 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 15, 2015.
