UMS SPLASH Program Produces Their Own Newscast

The Urbana Middle School's SPLASH (Students Playing and Learning After School) program spent 8 weeks learning television production skills at Urbana Public Television.
The students learned how to operate cameras, interview subjects and ultimately produced their own newscast, UMS News Flash, using those skills.
