Effective immediately, Gregory Place from Nevada Street to Oregon Street will be closed to thru traffic until Monday, August 17, 2015 at 5:00 p.m. for an emergency water main repair. The repair is located in the north leg of the Gregory Place and Nevada Street intersection. There will be no detour route for this closure.
Access will be maintained to all properties on Gregory Place during the water main repair.

Weather permitting, Illinois Street between Vine Street and Urbana Avenue will be closed to all traffic on Wednesday, August 12, 2015 from 6:30 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. for a tree removal.
Traffic will be able to access the entrance to City Parking Lot 23 from Urbana Avenue.
Motorists are encouraged to drive carefully through this and all construction areas.

The right lane for southbound traffic on Lincoln Avenue that has been closed between Fairview Avenue and University Avenue will remain closed through Wednesday, August 19, 2015 at 5:00 PM for installation of fiber optic utilities.
Motorists are encouraged to drive carefully through this and all construction areas.

Broadway Avenue between Kerr Avenue and Country Club Road will be closed starting at 7:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 7, 2015 until further notice (see map). Broadway Avenue will be fully closed from just north of Kerr Avenue to just south of Oakland Avenue. Broadway Avenue will be partially closed from just south of Oakland Avenue to Country Club Road.
Broadway Avenue between Kerr Avenue and Stebbins Drive will be open to through traffic starting 7 a.m., Wednesday, October 7, 2015.

Weather permitting, the outside west bound lane of traffic on University Avenue will be closed between Lincoln Avenue and Goodwin Avenue from Monday, August 10, 2015 at 7:00 AM to Wednesday, August 19, 2015 at 5:00 PM for the Campus Circle Project, the new student housing project adjacent to the campus of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
University Avenue will remain open to traffic at all times during the construction work. Motorists are encouraged to drive carefully through this and all construction areas.
