The City of Urbana is seeking proposals from a qualified Consultant Service to assist Facilities Management staff in the evaluation of the condition of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems at various municipal facilities and to prepare and administer project management services during any approved replacement program.
Proposals will be accepted at the Public Works Department, 706 South Glover Avenue, Urbana, Illinois, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.Proposals deadline is October 22, 2015 at 3:00 pm.

Kerr Avenue between Broadway Avenue and Division Avenue will be open to through traffic starting 7 a.m., Wednesday, October 7, 2015.

Weather permitting, the eastbound lane of Church Street between Coler Avenue and Orchard Street will be closed from 4:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. on Friday, September 18, 2015, to move equipment for Carle Hospital. Church Street will remain open to traffic at all times during this period.
Motorists are encouraged to drive carefully through this and all work areas. Thank you for your cooperation while this work is in progress.

Weather permitting, the intersection of George Huff Drive and Grange Drive will be closed to through traffic starting at 7:00 a.m. on Monday, September 14, 2015, to 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 16, 2015, for a water main installation. There will be no detour route for this closure.
Access will be maintained to all properties on George Huff Drive and Grange Drive during the water main installation.

Weather permitting, the outside west bound lane of traffic on University Avenue will be closed between Lincoln Avenue and Goodwin Avenue starting on Tuesday September 8, 2015 at 7:00 A.M. to Friday September 11, 2015 at 3:30 P.M. for the Campus Circle Project. University Avenue will remain open to traffic at all times during the construction work.
