Bids will be received at the Office of the Director of Public Works, City of Urbana, Illinois, for One (1) AT-4 Dodge Caravan Custom Cage Conversion Animal Transport Vehicle. Bids will be received through 10:30 A. M., Tuesday, February 8, 2011, and at said time the bids shall be opened and read publicly.
The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive irregularities or technicalities.
