Weather permitting, the traffic signals for all lanes of traffic at the intersection of Windsor Road and High Cross Road (IL 130) will be in 4-WayRed Flash on Wednesday, October 21, 2015 from 7:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. for Cross Construction to complete paving operations. Windsor Road and High Cross Road will remain open to traffic at all times during this process, but please expect possible delays while the work is underway. A flashing red light means the same thing as a stop sign.

Weather permitting, the right lane for southbound traffic on Lincoln Avenue will be closed between Hill Street and Church Street from Sunday, October 25, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. until Friday, November 6, 2015 at 5:00 p.m. for pavement repairs. Lincoln Avenue will remain open to traffic at all times during the pavement repairs. Motorists are encouraged to drive carefully through this and all construction areas. Thank you for your cooperation while this improvement is in progress

Illinois American Water Company will be doing a water main repair that will reduce traffic to one lane on Colorado Avenue between Anderson Street and Cottage Grove Avenue from Wednesday, October 21, 2015 at 7:00 a.m. through Monday, October 26, 2015 at 5:00 p.m. Colorado Avenue will remain open to through traffic at all times and access will be maintained to all properties on Colorado Avenue and Larch Place during the water main repair.

Weather permitting, the right lane for southbound traffic on Lincoln Avenue will be closed between Springfield Avenue and Green Street from Monday, October 20, 2015 at 7:00 a.m. through Friday, October 23, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. for a storm sewer installation. Lincoln Avenue will remain open to traffic at all times during the utility work. Motorists are encouraged to drive carefully through this and all construction areas. Thank you for your cooperation while this improvement is in progress

Goodwin Avenue between Eads Street and Bradley Avenue will be open to through traffic starting at 7:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 27, 2015. Ellis Drive, Tremont Street, Eureka Street and Beardsley Avenue will be open to through traffic starting at 7:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 27, 2015 between Romine Street and Goodwin Avenue.
