Duce Construction will be installing a sanitary manhole in the 600-block of West High Street. West High Street between Orchard Street and Coler Avenue will be closed to thru traffic beginning Monday, November 3, 2014 at 7:00 a.m. to Wednesday, November 13, 2014 at 5:00 p.m., weather permitting. All residents along West High Street will be able to access their properties during the manhole installation. Your patience is appreciated while this work is underway.

Scovill Street from Anderson Street to Lynn Street will be intermittently closed to thru traffic from 7:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 29, 2014 for Burnett Tree Service to remove a tree at 710 Scovill Street, weather permitting. Any street closures will be short in duration and access will be maintained to all properties on Scovill Street. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

The City of Urbana has contracted Illini Concrete Raising, Inc of Champaign, Illinois to perform concrete pavement repairs to Church Street between Orchard Street and the intersection of Park Street and McCullough Street.

Periodic lane closures for pavement resurfacing can be expected along Springfield Avenue between Coler Avenue and McCullough Street beginning at 7:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 29, 2014 and ending at 5:00 p.m., on Friday October 31, 2014. Two-way traffic will be maintained on Springfield Avenue at all times. Your patience is appreciated while this work is underway.
