Zoning Appeal

 A person may file an application to appeal any order, requirement, decision, or determination made by the Zoning Administrator under the Zoning Ordinance.  Any such appeal may be taken to the Zoning Board of Appeals by filing a notice of appeal with the secretary of the Board.  For more information, please contact Planning staff at (217) 384-2440.
