Zoning Compliance Worksheet

The Zoning Compliance Worksheet ensures projects meet Urbana Zoning Ordinance regulations.  Anyone proposing one of the following building or development projects is required to complete and submit this form with the building permit application:

• New Construction
• Renovation Associated with a Change of Use
• Building Additions
• Parking Lot Installation or Expansion

The Zoning Compliance Worksheet should be submitted along with the Building Permit Application.
