Wiley students will stop as a group before the flag to say the Pledge of Allegiance. Yankee Ridge will provide refreshments for the parents and volunteers. Leal students may break out into the Ped Safety Dance song! Students who ride the bus at all the district elementary schools will be dropped off at a designated meeting area to join a group, and schools encourage parents who drive their children to park and walk a few extra blocks as well.
